To create a premium 3D floating effect, every artwork includes raised mounting spacers that position the piece slightly away from the wall. Installation is quick and simple with the included hanging hardware.

 

Q:What is the production and processing time?

A:At aeroilhouette, all products are made-to-order premium metal wall art items. Production begins after your order has been confirmed and processed.

Our standard production time is 3–5 business days.

Please note that production time does not include shipping time.

 

Q:How long does it take to make a custom design?

A:Custom design preparation time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the details required.

Because most TurboSilhouette products are made-to-order or personalized specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

 

 

Q:What is the estimated delivery time?

A:Once production is completed, your order will be shipped with tracking information provided.

Estimated total delivery times are:

United States: 10–17 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Total estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping time.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasonal demand, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

 

Q:Will I receive tracking information?

A:Yes. All orders include tracking.Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your delivery status.

 

Q:What is the price of shipping?

A:We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

 

Q:Do you ship to multiple addresses?

A:We only support one shipping address per order.If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

 

Q:Do you deliver to PO Boxes or military bases?

A:We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases.Please provide a valid physical delivery address when placing your order.

 

Q:Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?

A:International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Q:Can I hang this outside?

A:Our metal art pieces are powder-coated and can be hung outside. However, outdoor exposure may vary depending on weather conditions, humidity, salt air, and long-term environmental exposure.We do not offer a rust-free guarantee for outdoor use.

 

Q:What is powder coating?

A:Powder coating is a finishing process used to protect metal surfaces and create a clean, durable appearance.It was originally developed to protect metal parts from chemical and abrasive damage and is now widely used for both protective and decorative applications.Powder-coated metal decorations are safe to use at home.

 

Q:What happens if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

A:If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days after delivery at:

Our support team will review the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

 

Q:Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?

A:Because most TurboSilhouette products are custom-made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal design preferences after production has started

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

 

Q:Can I cancel my order?

A:All regular orders include a 24-hour free cancellation period after purchase.After this period, cancellation requests may not be possible if production or processing has already started.

 

Q:What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

A:Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate before placing an order.Aerosilhouette is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

Q:Are handcrafted product variations considered defects?

A:No. Due to the handcrafted and powder-coated nature of metal fabrication, slight variations in texture, finish, or color may occur between products.These minor differences are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade metal art and are not regarded as defects.

 

Q:Who pays for return shipping?

A:If a return is authorized by our support team, returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging whenever possible.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED ITEM” to help avoid delays during processing.

 

Q:Do you offer a price match policy?

A:Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if the price of the same model you purchased from our store is reduced, you may apply for a price match.If approved, we will refund the price difference.
